Best known for his role in the Alberta grown rap collective Project Trybe and their previous live Hip-Hop band 'Midwest Mindset', Travis Omen is the definition of a true emcee. From countless stage performances and rap battles, to multiple cypher visuals and 7 albums spanning over the last decade, this artist's catalogue is as vast as it is impressive.
In May of 2021 he released the first side of an ambitious concept album titled Dreams Come Tru / Nightmares 2, following it up with a successful crowdsourcing campaign on IndieGogo in November. Raising over $6000, Travis had allocated the funding to produce physical copies of the new project, create branded merchandise, as well as to advertise the music and visuals online.
Currently, Travis is hard at work running Truability in Calgary, AB as a label manager, an audio-engineer, a graphic designer and a videographer while managing a team of creatives at Pushysix Media Group. Not letting his foot off the gas pedal, he is currently working on the the follow-up album to I Love Alberta Peace as well as another concept album titled 89 Octane, blending 80's pop-beats with an authentic Hip-Hop sound.
